Why the license matters
Retailer images are display-only
Product images from Amazon, Walmart, Best Buy and other retailers may only be shown as they are. Vidmerce never puts them in a video and never sends them to an AI model.
Your license is the only way in
Media you upload and license is the only way your product images can appear in creator videos on Vidmerce, including edited and AI-generated scenes.
You stay in control
Remove a file at any time and it stops being used for new videos. Pause a product, or your whole account, whenever you need to.
How it works
Apply
Tell us about your brand. We review every application by hand and send you an invite link to the brand portal.
List your products
Title, product page, price, category, markets, commission and cookie length. Creators join through your affiliate program link (UpPromote, GoAffPro, Refersion, Shopify Collabs…), a discount code per creator, or both.
Upload and license your media
Upload photos and videos straight to secure storage, then confirm the license. Files without the license are never used.
Creators make videos
Creators see a “Brand partner · licensed media” badge, make a video with your media, and can ask you for a code or a free sample.
The license you give
Before a file can be used, someone on your team ticks this box in the brand portal:
We own these files or have the rights to them, and we allow creators on Vidmerce to use them in promotional videos for this product, including edited and AI-generated scenes.
It covers promotional videos for that product, made by creators on Vidmerce.
We record who accepted it, when, and a one-way hash of the IP address it came from.
When you remove a file, it stops being used for new videos and for videos not finished yet. Videos creators already published stay where they posted them.
Creators disclose every post with #ad (#pub in French) and label videos that use AI scenes.
Free samples, on your terms
Turn samples on for a product and set how many you can send. Creators ask for one in the app and agree to share their email address with you. You approve or decline each request, then email the creator to arrange shipping. Vidmerce never handles addresses, shipping or payments.
What we don’t promise
No sales, reach or revenue promises. Creators choose what to post, and results vary.
Commission is paid through your own affiliate program or discount codes, not by Vidmerce.
We don’t buy or fake views, reviews or followers.
